Postnatal Depression survey

Hi everyone,

My name is Karen Chapman and I am currently doing an Access course in the hope of going onto Uni in September to study Social Work.  As part of my end of year work I have to undertake a research project and I have chosen Postnatal Depression as I suffered badly from it when I had my son.  Please take 5 minutes to fill in my questionnaire about your experience of this very difficult condition.  Many thanks for all your replies.
