Hi all,

Have you ever been diagnosed with a psychotic, anxiety and/or depressive disorder(s)?
Or have you never been diagnosed with any mental health condition?

If so, then I was wondering whether you would be willing to be a research participant for a study on cognitive beliefs?

This is for my Postgraduate dissertation and will take about 20 mins of your time. It involves completing out some questionnaires anonymously. Participation is completely voluntary and you don't have to do it if you dont want too. However I will appreciate it greatly if you do. To be a participant for my study, you should be:

* Aged 18+
* Fluent in the English language

You can participate quickly, easily and anonymously over the internet by clicking the link below and following the instructions.

Thank you. Deadline date is Dec 6th.

Dear BlueAngel

I completed your survey the other day. I tried to answer the drop down questions as best as I could. I was diagnosed with Puerperal Psychosis 2 years ago when my son was 3 months old.

I did experience a lot of the thoughts / feelings mentioned in the survey but I could not say that I have them now as I am pretty much fully recovered so I did not put them down.

If there is anything else you would like to know, I would be willing to tell you as I am very open and honest about the psychotic episode I had.
